We guarantee freedom of expression both in the creative techniques used for both themes. This is not a competition "theme." The purpose of the Award IMAGO ARTIS is to identify and promote creative individuals who master autonomous languages \u200b\u200band specific.

The competition will involve two levels of selection.
How to access the first selection
the work (be it an oil on canvas, a watercolor on paper or digital illustration) should be photographed in good resolution and sent via e-mail attachment (jpg format) at amedit@amedit.it together with a detailed fact sheet of the author, not later than April 30, 2011.

All entries received will be carefully evaluated by a panel of quality, made by art historians and experts. After the final evaluation will be selected in 12 (twelve) works. The twelve finalists will be contacted personally by the editorial board of the Award by 15 May 2011.

How to access the second selection:
The selected works must be in format standard photo paper A4 (cm. 21x29, 7) at the headquarters of AMEDIT Palagonia (Catania). Full details will be provided by the Editorial Board. The first work

classified will win the cover of the magazine full-page AMEDIT, and an article within the same broad and inclusive, the other finalists will be featured an article choir (with full color images and information about individual authors).

San Michele di Ganzaria è un comune italiano di 3.779 abitanti della provincia di Catania in Sicilia. Dista 14 km da Caltagirone, 34 da Gela, 52 da Enna, 80 da Ragusa e 89 da Catania.

Il territorio si estende su una superficie di 25,59 km2 ad un'altezza media di 490 m s.l.m. in zona prevalentemente collinare nei pressi della montagna della Ganzaria a sud dei monti Erei, nella Sicilia centrale. La zona rurale è di gran lunga maggiore della urbana.
